I honestly couldn’t think of a better cabriolet to start enjoying the summer with. In my opinion, this is the best cabriolet/vehicle you can purchase in this price range. The SLK 350 has always had a special place in my heart. I really do love these cars, and every time we buy one, that same feeling comes back. I always look forward to driving it for a few days.
The naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V6 engine is perfectly balanced in this car, and the power-to-weight ratio works well. The 225 kW/320 Nm V6 isn’t as enjoyable in other models, but in the SLK, the sound comes alive. It’s one of the best driving experiences you can have. This particular model we are showcasing today has only 91,000 km on the clock with a full service history from Mercedes-Benz. It’s also the facelift version.

WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THIS CAR WHEN WE BOUGHT IT?
EXTERIOR:
All four alloy rims had curb rash, which we have refurbished. The vehicle had a few stone chips, which we had touched up.
- The two rear tires needed replacement, which we will handle.
INTERIOR:
- The driver’s seat rest needed repair due to wear from getting in and out.
MECHANICAL:
- It was due for a service, and we’ve booked it into Mercedes-Benz for a full check and service.
Seriously, if you want to buy a great car that will look after you for many years to come and put a smile on your face every time you drive it, this is the car for you.
