Oh yes how we love ourselves a pristine diesel VX Prado with full Toyota service history, it doesn’t come around too often.  

For under 400K you will not find a more luxurious, reliable and capable off-roader. We sell lots of Prado’s petrol or diesel. It doesn't matter, you can't beat them in terms of reliability, not just the Prado’s but Hilux and Fortuner also, Toyota has found the winning formula. There have been some recent issues with the diesels and the pistons causing catastrophic engine failure, but this issue is documented to only affect cars manufactured after December 2014, in my opinion if this specific vehicle has made it to this mileage comfortably, it can do 1 million more.  

I have sold these exact vehicles with over 600 000 km, and they start and drive as if they only had 150 000 Km’s.  

Back to this Prado, you will struggle to find one in a better condition and drive as well as this one with a full agent service history. If you don’t believe me and you have been out to see a few for slightly less, please come through and have a look and you will see why paying slightly more for a better product is the ONLY way to go.

  WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THIS CAR WHEN WE BOUGHT IT?  

  • There was a scratch from the front fender all the way down to the rear door, this was caused by an Impala, and we have resprayed the front bumper, front and rear door and rear bumper.  
  • All 4 alloy rims had scratches on them, we have refurbished all of them.  
  • We as per usual on these cars had to repair the gear lever, steering wheel and door handles for slight fading.  

  After all of this I can confidently say, this is one beautiful VX diesel Prado.
