I must say that this is one of the best compact SUV’s I have had the pleasure of driving, it sounds like a mini formula 1 car, it holds the road like glue due to the 4-Matic drivetrain system and it is FAST, really fast.  

I love the GLC range and we mainly sell the diesel version, I think they are fantastic family SUVs,  they have more than enough space and are very well built BUT wow I must have had a smile on my  face for 3 days after driving the GLC 43, I’m a huge petrol engine fan, I love a bit of speed and power,  and the 43 doesn’t disappoint in any way. WHAT A CAR, seriously. Well done Mercedes Benz. At this present point in time, the GLC 43 is my favorite vehicle on the showroom, I love the fact that she is so fast and handles like glue, I also love the fact that I can load my kids in the back seat, pop their bikes in the boot, pull a trailer and go away for the weekend. What a fantastic all-rounder.  

This particular vehicle is very special indeed being a one owner car with full-service history from Mercedes Benz, that was most certainly the biggest buying point for me and I’m sure it will be for you guys also.

  WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THIS CAR WHEN WE BOUGHT IT?  

  EXTERIOR:  

  • The front bumper was slightly scratched in the bottom right corner, we have resprayed the bumper 
  • 2 of the 4 alloy AMG rims had curb rash on them, we have refurbished them.

  INTERIOR

  • Nothing needed to be done here  

  MECHANICAL:  

  • She was 40 days overdue for a service, so we sent her into Mercedes Benz for a service and check over.  

  I mean it when I say that I love this car, it’s such a fun drive, the looks you get when people hear this vehicle coming up the road are brilliant. This is the same engine that’s in the E400, only this engine I tuned UP to AMG specifications. The E400 is fast but this will leave it like it’s looking for parking, so you must know how quick this car is and because of the 4 Matic traction system it’s probably one of the best handling SUVs I’ve driven. You will struggle to find such a clean well-kept example of a great car. If you are in the market for a fantastic SUV, come through and see/drive this before aiming your final decision, whatever car you had in mind to buy I guarantee you it will change the minute you drive this.
